You will be responsible for managing tenders (national and international) from pre-qualification of opportunities until final contract closing as well as reviews
You will liaise with the technical experts, contract managers and financial departments to identify and manage technical, commercial and contractual risks.
You will create persuasive proposals, present it to our clients and participate in contract negotiations
As part of your proposal you will set up calculations and project budgets.
You will cooperate with other Business Units from the VINCI group in international projects
You will represent our team and our services on trade shows and events
Based on tender results you will help to analyse customers and market segments as well as competition in order to improve our service portfolio
You have completed your studies an interdisciplinary area such as industrial engineering or technical sales management
You are a reliable contact for our clients and colleagues
You have experience in sales and proposal writing for individual and tailored technical services and solutions.
Advanced and fluent in the use of English and German written and spoken
Excellent skills in writing, presentation, communication and negotiation
You have experience with contracts, technical proposals and negotiations during construction and operation of projects in the offshore wind sector from prior sales or project manager positions
Technical field experience with offshore substation maintenance and operations are of advantage
